Sauna Prayers
Cost: £12.00
Join for a relaxing and reflective session in the sauna at Tŷ Sawna on Oxwich beach, with breaks to go into the sea, all in the context of Christian prayers for wellbeing and blessings.
This session is limited to 7 participants, so booking is essential.
We invite a donation of £12 per participant to cover costs.
You will need to bring a swimming costume and a small towel to sit on in the sauna.
You may also like to bring a bottle of water (leave this outside the sauna), footwear like flip flops to walk over pebbles, a dry robe or appropriate warm clothing to wear after the sauna.
We recommend that you arrive with your swimwear already on under your clothes/dry robe.
You can park right next to the sauna if you pay Oxwich Bay car park.
Please ensure that you are medically fit to use a sauna as we take no responsibility for health issues.
We expect the sea to be 'in' so there isn't a long walk to get to swim.
You are encouraged to read details of Tŷ Sawna's age restriction and other safety information on www.tysawna.co.uk
