Join us for this month’s Wild Church at Oxwich Bay, Nicholaston Forest, and Three Cliffs Bay, where we’ll reflect on the story of Jesus in Matthew 14. Together, we’ll consider where we are in our journey, release burdens, and look toward hope and renewal.
As we move through these beautiful landscapes—walking along the beach, through the forest, and out to the stunning views of Three Cliffs Bay—we’ll pause at key points to reflect and respond to prompts inspired by Jesus’ invitation to step out in faith. Using the sand as our canvas, we’ll express our thoughts through drawing and writing, guided by prompts that encourage us to examine what we’re carrying, where we may need to let go, and how we can trust in God’s presence on the journey ahead.
With your guides, each reflection station invites you to engage with the natural surroundings, turning your thoughts and prayers into symbols in the sand.

In October, we embraced our faith in nature at Cwm Ivy exploring the natural surroundings and reflecting on symbols along the way to help us create a nature mural at the end which allowed us reflect, share and pray.

Please reach us at chloegowerwellbeing@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Absolutely! Wild Church is suitable for all ages as our activities are designed to be playful and childlike. While some activities might not suit very young children, they can still enjoy the walk, being with others, and simply playing—which is encouraged and welcomed! Please note, all children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The choice is yours! I recommend researching the area we'll visit to see if your dog can handle the walk and it's length. We usually check ahead of time whether dogs are suitable for the walk or allowed on the paths, and we mention in our advertisement if they can or cannot join.
If the weather becomes unsafe, we'll message everyone booked for Wild Church in the morning with an update and decision to postpone. However, if it's just rain, we're still going ahead! The choice is yours. We recommend wearing appropriate attire like waterproofs and walking boots. Wild Church is a rugged, nature-based experience, and a little rain won't stop us, though we understand it's up to your preference.
